Cancellation and Refund Policy

As NEXINVATE YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, we prioritize customer satisfaction. This policy explains the cancellation and refund terms applicable to ZenWapp services.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

Important Notice - Digital Services

ZenWapp is a digital service (SaaS). Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital services performed instantly in electronic form begin with the consumer’s approval. Once your account is activated and access is provided, service performance is deemed to have started.

2. Cases Where Withdrawal Can Be Used

You may exercise withdrawal in the following cases:

  • If the account has not yet been activated after payment
  • If the service could not be accessed due to a technical issue
  • If the purchase was cancelled before completion

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your active subscription at any time:

  • By using the “Cancel Subscription” option in account settings
  • By sending an email to [email protected]
  • By contacting our support team at +90 543 504 17 31

After Subscription Cancellation

  • • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • • You may continue using the service for the remaining period.
  • • No charge is made for the next period.
  • • Your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

4. Refund Conditions

4.1 Full Refund Cases:

  • If the account could not be activated after payment
  • If the service could not be delivered at all due to technical reasons
  • If the right of withdrawal was exercised within 14 days under valid conditions

4.2 Pro-Rata Refund:

For annual plans, a proportional refund may be granted for the unused portion if the subscription is cancelled mid-term. Such refunds are subject to company discretion and support review.

4.3 Non-Refundable Cases:

  • After service performance has started (account activated and used)
  • After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired
  • If the account was closed due to violation of the terms of use
  • If a monthly plan is cancelled mid-cycle

5. Refund Process

  1. Request: Send your refund request in writing to [email protected].
  2. Review: Your request is reviewed within 3 business days.
  3. Approval: Approval is granted if the refund conditions are met.
  4. Payment: The refund amount is returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

Note: Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

6. Trial Period

ZenWapp may offer a free trial period on selected plans. During the trial:

  • No fee is charged
  • You can cancel at any time
  • An informational email is sent 24 hours before automatic billing starts

Dispute Resolution

For disputes related to cancellation and refunds, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the monetary threshold announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized above that threshold.
