ZenWapp is a customer communication platform built on WhatsApp Business API. It enables businesses to communicate with customers over WhatsApp.

2. Account Creation and Security

To use the service you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or represent a lawful business entity
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Be responsible for the security of your account
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately about suspicious activity

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Share misleading or false information
  • Conduct illegal activities
  • Violate the rights of others
  • Threaten the security of the platform
  • Use automated bots or scrapers without authorization

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed on the website
  • Payments are charged monthly or annually
  • VAT is included where applicable
  • Price changes are announced 30 days in advance
  • Refunds may apply for unused time after cancellation

5. Service Level (SLA)

Our service commitments include:

  • %99.9 uptime commitment
  • Advance notice for planned maintenance
  • 7/24 technical support
  • Maximum first response time: 2 hours (critical)

6. Intellectual Property

The ZenWapp platform, logo, design, and all content belong to ZenWapp. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZenWapp is not liable for:

  • Interruptions caused by third-party services
  • Policy changes made by WhatsApp
  • Illegal actions taken by users
  • Data loss (regular backup is recommended)
  • Indirect damages

8. Account Cancellation and Suspension

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following situations:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment (after 15 days)
  • Suspicious or illegal activity
  • Voluntary cancellation upon request

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
